  2. @ No, it's about the individual and behind a public figure, a politician, there is also just an individual. You can criticize without insulting, there is a difference and those who don't know the difference will learn it one way or another. On the street, people tend to criticize or complain more often without insulting, while online it's the other way around. Guess why? Because if you insult someone personally you get punched in the face on the spot.

  3. I am german and I am not mad about my taxes being used to get rid of hate speech users, it is in the constitution that hate speech is not part of free speech, however anything beyond that is ridiculous like calling someone a donkey could get u a fine. § 111 Public incitement to criminal acts
