@bobgonzales9680 U are delusional, if Germany would have been occupied they would not have been able to neglect its military since the occupying forces would dictate what the german government is allowed to do with its money! But this is clearly not the case since Germany chose to invest in social facilities. If the US would control Germany, Germany would have always paid the 2% of its GDP to NATO...or even more.
