In Germany police is not allowed to shot on people that just try to run or drive away especially since shooting by itself could endanger civilians and cause collateral damage.

@ricardodelacrvz1400 yeah but if u get stopped by the police and u hear how one of the officer gives orders to the other officer to shot u in the head, will u panic and try to run or drive away or will u just give in, accepting ur fate and die? That is what people say, idk if this is true but if it's true then I understand the kid because the police failed to de-escalate but contributed to the escalation of the situation giving themselves a reason to kill.
