@calebwilliams586 I do think it was Putins decision to change the constitution but not on his request, i believe Russia is controlled by its Oligarchs who enriched themselves during the soviet age and if not for Putin they would control the strings of another person, Putin is just smart enough to play along.

@21stcenturycotyk no piece of paper ever ruled anybody? dude the owner of slaves had papers for their slaves. Power comes from the bottom not from top and the best people suited for a position of power are those who do not want it.

@21stcenturycotyk nah in a democracy you decide who should represent your opinion aka "rule over you" for a periode of time, and afterwards u can chose someone else or not if u wish so, that is the difference.
