There is proof on the ground since there are debris of the missile, it just needs to be investigated. But that does not really matter, one can portray it either way depending on what one wants to achieve.

@malaficus yeah killing 3000 people is not just a tragedy,risking to lose another 3000 is something no nation can afford, for sure no president. Losing 2 people is a different story, it hurts but going to war because of 2 lives and starting a world war and risking to lose 2 billion lives is also something no nation can afford. In the end it doesnt really matter if RuZZia fired those missiles or not, if they did it on purpose or accidentally, the outcome will not be about starting a world war and thats reality.
