RuZZia would have to approve many demands of Ukraine for peace to exist. -War criminals will need to be judged and RuZZia will have to hand them over(not negotiable with the ukrainian population) -Ukrainian Children will need to be returned (not negotiable with the ukrainian population) -RuZZia would need to leave ukrainian territory, at least in the east of Ukraine (not negotiable with the ukrainian population) Only things that maybe RuZZia can hope for in such peace talks are keeping Crimea as a neutral territory meaning removing all the military, russian military bases from there. Not having to pay reparations. Lifting at least some of the sanctions.
