  3. yeah but it's part of the NS2 contract to not shut down the pipelines in Ukraine as far as I know, now Russia could send a lot less gas through those pipelines but still, they will have to send something if they want the NS2 project to operate.

  10. ​ @meddoc2703  That is wrong, the members still decide for themselves if they want to install nuclear missiles on their soil, the Nato can not force any member to do so. Russia should focus to have treaties with its neighbours to not deploy such missiles and not about demanding to give up on their freedom of choice to join Nato or not.

  19.  @meddoc2703  The US can always influence with their currency or sanctions but by doing so they would give the Nato members a reason to start questioning Nato as a military alliance, that's why article 5 is there for, it the only way to force a member to take action, everything else is willingly so NO the US could never enforce any Nato member to do what they want, the decision to bomb Yugoslavia was to stop the ethnic cleansing with which the Germans have a dark history with and it took a very long time for them to decide, Yugoslavia bombed themselves for years before Nato even engaged, for the Slavic population it would have been better if Nato would have engaged immediately to ensure peace in Yugoslavia as Russia did in Kazakhstan.

  22.  @thadlm2698  Russia is weaker than the media pretends them to be if we talk about conventional warfare. All their tanks and battalions are cannon food at best for german drones, the german electronic warfare is far superior to the Russians.
