  4. No, It was the daughter of some russian that is close to Putin and supports and endorses the war in Ukraine.

  5. Very unlikely, the attack has been done in a old KGB style which tells us that either it has Putins writting on it or someone in the FSB works against Putin and if Putin is involved then Dugin wont survive for much longer, Mr. Novichuk is next to be sent on a mission.
