  5. Putler wanting to "negotiate" is just smoke and mirrors. He's beat and he knows it. Negotiation is not an option for him. He'll have to bow to UA's demands. He knows peace is his only way out. Meanwhile, in another video he threatens with nuclear weapons and refuses to give in. He can't have it both ways. Definitely signs of a sick monster. The Russian people need to destroy him AND their stupid system of government, once and for all! Otherwise, another monster idiot will just take over where Putler left off.
