  1. Artem, I'd be proud to shake your hand and call you "Friend." The same would probably go for your fellow people at home. Sadly, this will never happen for decades to come, all due to one man. But he's not the REAL problem. He's a symptom. The Russian system of government enables the existence of one monster dictator after another. I have no idea how you stop such a pathetic setup.
