You hit the nail on the head when you mentioned that the Russian propaganda machine says 75% of the people believe Putin is doing the right thing but most of the men who receive notices don't want any part of it. I'm sure Russia is a beautiful country. Buildings like the Kremlin are beautiful. Too bad there's a bunch of madmen roaming the halls acting like Gods. Welcome to Canada, Artem.
