  1. Well, let's see....Putin thinks the US is testing nukes (or at least his pretty blond girlfriend says so) and he needs to do the the same. On the other hand he's hearing voices that tell him to negotiate with Ukraine after destroying massive amounts of real estate and infrastructure. If that's not the mind of an insane monster, you tell me what is. The fact that he can internalize both of these divergent thoughts tells me he's on his way to suicide. One can only hope.
