  2. Agree, Susan but JamesWilliamsWill has a point. With the fall of Putin, there will be weeks of chaos as Russian soldiers flee Ukraine and Ukraine sits in the driver's seat of negotiation. The Russian population will need to be controlled during a temporary time of anarchy.
