  3. Good question. I would guess, utter chaos in Russia. Its people have been told what to do and when to do it for so long that if the head of the snake was removed, the people would revolt and decide who they want next. As for the troops in Ukraine, that's anybody's guess. I think they would drop their weapons en masse and run for home.
