  1. I certainly made it to the end of your video, Artem. You had me hooked just after your Foster Brooks imitation when meeting the drunk government officials in the parking lot, who should have been arrested for public intoxication. It's no wonder you couldn't get anywhere with that supervisor at the DMV when the upper level government officials are setting the example. Not all civil servants are like that but too many are. They are bullet proof with reasonable pay and guaranteed pensions.
