Agreed but it was never the intent. The damage is secondary to the display of how pathetic Putler is at protecting his own people. That could have easily been a major civilian target but Ukraine exercises the rules of war, unlike the Russian monster Putler.

Looks good on Putler. Right before his election, people bare witness to his ability to protect them. Good thing his hoodlums know how to manipulate voting results or he'd be applying for a job at a Russian McDonalds, if there any left.
