  5.  blackswan20  no, the shareholder is. Which isn’t a bad thing either - shareholders want a strong company. Any bad publicity can severely hurt a shareholders confidence in a company and thus the stock price drops. Corporations however aren’t at fault with every problem. They employ thousands of people, and they cannot control them all. That’s why when we see Fed Ex drivers kicking parcels, it isn’t Fed Ex’s fault.
