  1. He lost money because of politics not because the business was poorly run. X is running as good as ever on 1/5th the employees. Also he’s profited on his purchase of X because of xAI, which is valued at $40 billion.

  2. Money is fungible. They aren’t directly financed through borrowing, but they are indirectly. Atleast Medicaid is, SS has a fund propping it up but that will be depleted in a decade
