  1. You wouldn't need 4 chargers per tank because most people will charge at home. You'd most likely need less chargers except along high ways, and this will probably go down as battery technology matures and charging speeds increase. You correctly highlighted how our electricity infrastructure would have to be upgraded. You're ignoring the massive savings from not having to transport fuel everywhere by truck.
