  3. The pro display is an overpriced iOS display that is in no ways comparable to any $20k plus display. Dells 4k display for example uses dual lcd to provide near to OLED levels of black and LED levels of brightness

  4. Hyrum Beck some of the parts are exclusive but I did it a while back and saw you could save like $20k with better performance. Using a TR 3990X, 2x Nvidia Quadros in SLI, 2TB of RAM, ect.

  9. Because it looks amazing. Linus uses an 8k 60 camera and down scales to 4k which leaves an ultra sharp image

  10. Well it’s not the best. AMD has released their 3990X with 64 cores, each core being faster than the Xeon, while they’d being over double!

  11. Florian G pumps are not very noisy compared to 4 fans. I think it comes down to designing the case around liquid cooling then hoping it doesn’t break on delivery destroying $52k worth of hardware. Not really worth it

  12. psimac putting pointless details isn’t worth the extra premium, nor is this modular system better. For the size a Mac Pro takes up, it should be able to fit way more hardware in it than (just) 4GPUs. Their laptops are amazing on the build quality, but the actual value of the hardware isn’t worth it in my opinion
