Also the US has some of the harshest charges of any country, first degree murder - which in Australia might get you 20-30 years can easily get you life without parole, or executed. That’s why they have the highest incarcerated

  9. I do believe that sometimes it’s not taken properly, but you must understand their are different situations for every arrest. This one is completely fine, they are trained to lead detained criminals. It is safer. I do believe they could have walked him, but at the end of the day nothing is wrong here. Put a white person here and it’s not a story. That’s true racism.

That means if you imitate aiming a guns tan officer in the pitch black darkness, it’s possible you will be shot. Even if you have no visible weapon, your hands, feet or even a concealed knife could pose a huge risk to a police.

And it’s basic protocol, I do believe that if a mounted policeman had arrested someone in the UK, they would do the exact same thing.
