It’s not based off of the popular vote as that would prioritise votes in big states over ones in smaller states. California and New York could quite literally control the country. A complete mob rule . Plus it was only 2 million. 4 milion more voters in California voted for her than trump. Quite literally if it was based off of popular vote, California would control every election.

  6. DJ Carlos first off, what could trump have done. Almost every country had a single case in its borders - and that’s all it takes. Trump has little control from there beyond supporting the states. He can’t enforce a national lockdown, or social distancing or wearing of a mask. That’s up to the states. Onto tear gassing peaceful protests. Where? Not a single peaceful protest has been tear gassed. What he did in Portland is amazing, the city is a dump. The national courthouse is trashed, and trump upped the federal presence to protect it.

The thing is, when trump first shut the us border to china both the WHO and China were saying it was an “over reaction”. If anyone is really to blame - it’s China. China started the pandemic, China failed to shut down outgoing flights even when they knew a majority of the provinces had cases, and wuhan was in lockdown. They also lied to the WHO over the dangers of the virus. Yes, trump is to blame, but not as much as you are making out. The us isn’t like somewhere like in tally where the national government can shut down businesses and enforce lockdowns.

  11. jasper426 yeah he golfs. Probably every weekend he goes out and golfs. So what? Anyway onto your comment. He didn’t let the riots go on, the governors did. He left it up to the governments of the state’s, and would only step in if they let it get out of hand. On a voting point of view he did really well, if he acted upon these riots and sent in the military, people would be dead. That doesn’t look very good.
