  1. You are talking about such a small number of abortions that it’s almost negligible. Most pro-lifers would be willing to allow mothers to get an abortion if it’s deemed that the pregnancy could harm them, or if they are young.

  2.  @wb7606  it’s not your body, you are killing another human being. Woman aren’t being forced to do shit, they are just not allowed to kill their own child. The vast majority of abortions have nothing to do with abuse or rape. They are just people who believe the child will inconvenience them, so they kill it. I don’t care what trauma they go through, they killed a fucking child. Now as I said many pro-lifers are fine with people getting an abortion if they have a good reason for it, like the child poses a risk to their health, or they are under 18.

  4.  @jonatand2045  yet they are the indicators that doctors use to determine whether a patient is dead or not. If a doctor can say that someone stuck in a coma for a week is still alive, despite being completely dependent on life support - I can’t see the reason we cannot call a foetus alive as well
