  4. Then why not base it off of the socioeconomic circumstances of the individual rather than just looking at the colour of their skin? Even more, if a student scores lower in an exam - whether or not they went to a good school - isn’t that indicative of their knowledge at that time? Why guess about how smart they are by adding points, when you have a score that is related directly to how knowledgeable they are.

  6. This isn’t based off of discrimination. This law was passed because someone saw a lack of a certain group. It wasn’t taken into account life choices and the intelligence of applicants, just that there wasn’t enough blacks.
