  4. Because if your only reason for voting democrat is to tax the rich, you are greedy. You don’t deserve what they have, they put the work in to building a massive multinational corporation. Look at amazon, it delivers products worldwide extremely quickly and has hired over 800 thousand people.

  6. Jeff Bezos doesn’t make $11 billion a year. Heck he doesn’t make much money at all - all if it is shares in amazon.

  7. Not only that, but if you own shares in YOUR OWN BUSINESS, like Jeff Bezos, you have to cough up a percentage. Jeff would have to pay $11 billion in wealth taxes a year... more than amazon even profits. He also doesn’t take dividends... he would have to sell his own business

  8. Lucy Baughman your right, no one NEEDS 50 million, it’s that people WANT it. And this want is in human nature, and drives innovation. And these highly successful people reuse that money to build up their business. Look at someone like Microsoft, which is one of the most influential tech companies. Or amazon, which offers cheap on the day delivery worldwide. Without this wealth, these companies would t exist to the side today.
