Why is that not the point. The could include an accidental discharge from an officer, to a man shot outside a school by police.

Ancient Greek Philosopher well letting teachers carry would be a good start

Not a zombie apocalypse, but a tyrannical government.
3
You have more chance of dying driving to the school than in the school itself
3
No they are a lobbying group.
3
Даниил Хрящёв um no, they are lobbying to protect the 2nd amendment
3
What’s an air 15? Though it’s quite funny how much the media attacks this so called “assault rifle” (it’s not, you can’t buy assault rifles without a license)

Susana Yau ok

Zulhardika Rendy Permana and you aren’t worried that the only people who have access to guns are government agencies or people who abide strictly by the country? Look at Venezuela, the only people that were allowed guns there were people that vowed allegiance to the president. And now it’s a complete dictatorship with a growing poverty level, and corruption. Were guns banned because the government wanted to take over? It doesn’t matter, because banning the guns lead to the result we have today. People in the US have every right to be fearful of a government overusing it’s power.

iamkulit1 CS no military would use civilian weapons. The weapons civilians are allowed to use are semi-automatic and have strict restrictions on the attachments.
2
iamkulit1 CS yes, semi auto pistols .
2
iamkulit1 CS most school shootings are done with pistols. Most homicides are done with pistols. Actually rifles are used less than you think, knives and sharp objects murder 4x more people than rifles do all together.
2
Conceal carry?
2
Well they bloody learn faster than you bud
2
Amie Boakye if we armed our teachers I would feel safe that that would deter such acts
2
Alyssa Traina that’s in mostly every school over in Australia (though the star thing is quite creative)
2
The right to bear arms isn’t harming anyone, it’s what people do.
2
In 2016 71 people died to mass shootings (that includes everything, not just schools) You have more chance of drowning, or catching cancer, or getting a cardiovascular disease, but none of those can help defend yourself. Guns do.
2
Anthony King that’s pretty lame.

Zulhardika Rendy Permana because you can only trust someone as far as you can throw them. An unarmed nation is at the mercy of its government. It’s not that Americans are scared of their government, they’re scared that their rights and freedoms will be stripped. Like what we see in China, a completely unarmed population under a dictatorship rule. No privacy, no rights, no freedoms.
1
iamkulit1 CS it’s 2 clauses, one about militias and another declaring that the right of the people to own and bear guns must not be infringed. It’s pretty obvious the meaning, but still the left likes to attack it for any little leverage they can get to give the only power that the people have to the government.
1
Ian Erickson well it really is, but sadly this isn’t always the case. I’m a strong advocate for teachers to be able to conceal carry and protect our students
1
SS Robs the only problem is that it would take to long to remove the gun
1
Why? Paranoia much. Anyway if you armed teachers you would have to hide and hope, you would have someone there that would defend you. School shootings are terrible because it’s pretty much a person running around killing people with nothing to stop them.

Who cares
1
Bullet proof vests? Money doesn’t grow on trees. Just arm teachers.
1
Nine Ball as a person that takes medication for my anxiety, I can’t explain to you the the stress I no longer feel.
1
Let me guess, you don’t like vaccines either?
1
Даниил Хрящёв I think protecting people’s rights to self preservation is more important. And above all, protecting the ability of the people to fight off a tyrannical government. You would know seeing as you’re Russian how important it is to be able to stop a tyrannical government. Guns were heavily restricted in the USSR, and even today. There’s many questions over the head of Putin, and the fact that the population is disarmed means there is no chance it will ever be resolved.
1
rohan and the police being walking bullet vests with batons
1
What if they’re faster, stronger or you’re trapped?
1
Arming teachers will do.
1
King Deer nah, just having armed teachers or even a cop there would be enough to scare off most shooters. If there was still a shooter, chances are they would be dead before long
