@rebel8215 if Russia took control of Europe, Europe’s economy would crumble. Even if we ignore the damage a war would cause, just the nature of authoritarianism destroys economies. And then of course an expansion of authoritarianism would threaten the very principles of the US. It’s just a ridiculous idea

Russia isn’t scared of NATO. They know that there’d never be political support of an invasion into Russia. And if there was, they are a nuclear armed state, no country can threaten a nuclear armed state. It’s a bluff they use to pull in gullible idiots like you.

Definitely not. The US would lose a massive consumer base, and then what? With Authoritarianism spreading across the globe, you think the US would be immune to it? The US is a democracy, they’re very susceptible to foreign interference. If you want a future ruled by authoritarianism, vote for isolationists

Manpower hasn’t been a big issue in the past few decades as militaries are sizing down. With the Ukraine war getting countries to care again you might see these things be implemented, my country is looking into hiring people in nearby countries to bolster its poor recruitment numbers.
