@jakekaywell5972 of course there's a collective incentive, society would collapse. But why the fuck would someone waste away 15 years of their life training to be a doctor if they see no personal reward. The answer is they won't. Communism supports the dumb and lazy at the consequence of discouraging actual productive members of society from working harder
