  4. A good parent doesn’t overvalue either one. They will work and care. Especially nowadays where technology can make simple tasks so much less time consuming leaving more time to do stuff. Mums are usually the caretaker, but so can the father. It’s not bad that a mother chooses to care for her children, nor is it good that a mother chooses to work instead. And the same goes for fathers.

  6. Yes, losing your employee to a baby is a risk - but it doesn’t have an actual effect on wages paid. Overall woman will get benefits like maternity leave that men mostly don’t, I don’t see what’s unfair.

  7. Kase Abernathy 6.6% can be explained other ways like they explained. For example, flexibility, skill, ect. Call me sexist, it’s proven that meh are more flexible and work harder - it can be drawn down to our culture and basic biology.
