  4. Because he’s a public figure, and explaining that he didn’t remember anything. You can twist it around, at the end of the day this could just be misinterpreting what he meant. You can only take it literally - nor is it conclusive evidence. What I’m trying to say is that you can’t use that as your only evidence. It’s up for debate for what he meant behind it.
