  7. I’m pretty sure he knows what he is saying, if you doubt him everything he said can be found online. The First Step act within the first year got 3000 inmates released and another 2000 their sentences reduced. Black males were the biggest beneficiaries of this bill. The Opportunity Zones have increased investment in the poorest communities of the US, many if which are predominately black. Good on the professor. I don’t see them owning a multi billion dollar business or running the country.

  14. Victoria Hill by 1%. In 2019 there were over 1 million more open jobs than unemployed people. That’s why trump was planning to draw back food stamps and Medicare to the unemployed. Not completely, and it was going to be up to the states for the final say how many months a person must work in a 3 year period to be eligible, but it was drawing back on people who benefit from these programs without actually contributing.
