  1. Your neighbour could just as easily stab you. The gun makes it easier to kill yes, but also makes it easier to defend. Personally I would much rather have a gun rather than having to hope that the police turn up before I get stabbed to death. It also serves other purposes. As a German you would no how disastrous giving your government too much power can be. The only thing stopping that from rising again is guns in the citizens hands.

  2. HingerlAlois Venezuela has extremely tough gun laws. The point of them were to improve the security of the state... to stop people from overthrowing the dictatorship. It’s a great example of how gun control laws can be used to control a population. Cuba, China, Germany, the USSR. The list goes on.

  3. HingerlAlois I know, it’s failed for a few reasons. But the main reason is corruption, and it’s inevitable when you give government more control that you will get corruption.

  4. Princewill Chiemelie Nwajide school shootings are extremely rare, and the reason they occur as frequently as they do is because the school has no way to stop on. Give teachers the ability to bring guns to school, lock them up in a gun safe. It would not only deter shooters, but reduce the number dead.
