The officer on the scene was checking it out when he then was told of a[nother] theft and that they were getting away. They were told to stop their car, but didn’t. The man admitted to being scared (due probably to his car registration being overdue) The second officer (the screaming one) intercepts them when they park outside of the apartment building. They were told to get out of the car, and the man complied. Officer 2 then stated that the woman was moving around a lot in the car, the officer not taking his chances (she looked like she was grabbing a gun) then kicks the mans leg out (but excessive, but not terrible) and yells for the woman to get out of the car.   8. Get up, go home and actually do some good. You can’t parade about how seemingly awful “all” cops are when your fellow protesters will just as easily shoot a shopkeeper for defending his store, burn down countless buildings and attack anyone who dares stand up to them.

  18. College debt is fine, 4 years of tuition and housing is obviously going to cost you - and it means you can’t just get a degree and run off. Many people will get education abroad for free and then come to the US because the pay is better, the taxes are lower and the cost of living is lower.

  25. Anders Mostue why can’t he post doubt on a potentially corrupt way of voting? How is he threatening voters? And he has nothing to do with the republicans plan to effect the election. But it’s not too different from the NPVIC - a thing republican states are using to bypass the constitution.

  37. Ben Chesterman $60000 = $11047 income tax, $2400 payroll, $4500 super. Then the rest (~$44000) is a pretty decent amount of money to live on. The tax is almost the exact same as the us, but you have a hugger payroll tax and no super.
