  11. Eduard Claudiu Fadgyas right... shoot the feet of a guy running with a pistol . The feet, tiny fast moving targets, with a pistol, an inaccurate weapon at best. If you miss there’s a very good chance if ricochet and then it hurting an actually innocent person. That’s why police (and all people learning to shoot) are taught to shoot centre mass.
