  3. This is not fascism, it's the opposite of fascism. It's returning the legislation back to the democratically elected governments of each state.

  4. There are means written directly into the constitution that allows the government to amend it however they want. I personally don't think it's the business of the Supreme Court to project their own agenda onto the constitution, and to leave the changes up to the democratically elected leaders of our government.

  5. There's a very important part of the constitution - the ability to amend it. That's how you change the constitution, you don't get your liberal justices to make up whatever they want.
