  3.  @kkonstantinosss2  YouTube is under Californian law, which holds websites liable for any content on their platform. To reduce liability over copyright claims, they must follow the guidelines set out in the OCILLA act. They, by law, can’t do shit

  4.  @kkonstantinosss2  under the OCILLA act, if a OSP (in this case YouTube) receives a complete copyright claim, they must remove or restrict access to the content immediately. YouTube cannot decide whether the case is valid, that is to be decided in court.
