  4. Just like any virus you can die without any medical issues... but that’s extremely unlikely and probably won’t happen. People with immune deficiencies, respiratory disorders or are old or young are at a higher risk than most of the population

Sucrose is what you have at home to put in your coffee, or to sweeten up a dish. Foods don’t protect you. Eating healthy may allow your body to fight off sickness more effectively, but it’s not going to help much. Vaccines work because it exploits your bodies immune system, by putting a weakened virus in your system the body can fight it off and build up a memory to combat it in the future - without risk of an infection.
