  4. Fopalope yes I am, I call good law enforcement one that can quickly respond and enforce laws. I’ve met and know many other people who have bumped into bad law enforcement. Drunk drivers are especially bad, had a guy speeding down the Mitchell Freeway swerving from lane to lane. The guy pulled over and sat there for around 10 minutes. Police were called, not a single one pulled up. Could have killed someone. Not that American police are better, but I expect if u put the effect in to stop someone that surely a cop could at-least pull up.

  8. 2 goals of a prison: punishment and rehabilitation. I believe it’s just as important to punish prisoners and keep them isolated from society as it is preparing them for reintegration back into society. Both are important. It’s also very misleading, the us has by far the harshest sentences. 1st degree murder can get someone life without parole. Many other countries are much more lenient. In my opinion, no one who’s commuted 1st degree murder should be met back into society. Not only are they a danger, they also took another’s life. Nothing is worse than that.
