  1. I second that, learn python. C# forced you into object oriented programming, which you'll appreciate with time but won't understand yet. Python also has a lot of other nice features that make it nice for new programmers.

  2. VS is slow. VS Code is much nicer unless you really need the features that come with full VS (you don't)
