  1. Chilli pepper it’s also the fact that the power grid is more than just power, it’s a complex system that needs many things to be stable. Things like a constant controllable amount of power, power grid inertia (the act of moving turbines at a constant speed like a coal or nuclear power plant that can regulate the grid and actually allow everything to work), the hz of the grid (the us runs at 60hz, while most countries run 50). All of these aren’t stable on a 100% renewable grid which does not have this.
