  2. Disappointed Texan in a democracy you shouldn’t let judges dictate who gets put in her place. It’s a seat, it needs to be filled and it’s the POTUS’s constitutional role to do so. If she wanted integrity, she should have stepped down in 2010. She knew she was gonna to die, she should badge let Obama out someone in her place. But instead she took to long and Trump will put in someone who upholds the constitution - not someone who interprets it to their political agenda

  3. She was diagnosed with cancer in 2010, while the democrats held the house and senate. She didn’t step down and now a republican senate will put in someone.

  6. Jayne Berkley good luck with that. I dint see the Democrats taking the senate, but if they do they probably won’t dramatically change how the Supreme Court works. It would hurt their chances for re-election

  7. Jayne Berkley I find it very hard to believe the senate will be lost. Anyway, if biden takes power it will be a colossal failure for America. His ideas would hurt American businesses, his past has proven so. Before covid, trump had the economy in the best shape it was ever in. He cut taxes, he got rid of some loopholes and deductions, he deregulated businesses, freeing them up to turn a profit. He promoted investment into poorer communities through the opportunity zones system. He signed the USMCA agreement, much better than NAFTA, bringing jobs back to America. Paris climate agreements are fine, but the economy comes first. The people, come first
