It’s not the tax cuts, it’s the tax rebates. They get tax rebates when they make a loss for obvious reasons, amazon just has a lot of outstanding money owed.

They still paid other types of tax (payroll, income, capital gains. The only tax they didn’t is corporate tax. You don’t pay corporate tax either
