  1.  @markmd9  They already did. Tesla and Audi and the new ID.4 has electric door locks too. When you pull the door handle the handle does not physically move... It was one of the reasons I chose to skip the E-tron myself actually. Not only its dangerous but it's annoying to have to pull the lever twice for the lock to actuate.
