  3. Question: Most rental properties are not owned but also have a mortgage which must be paid. The landlords and property managers are using OPM = Other peoples Money ie banks and mortgage companies. The banks and mortgage companies should also be required to defer mortgage payments. In addition to be fair, Los Angeles county must also forgive Property taxes which are indirectly paid by renters via the property managers. No eviction, No mortgage payments on rental properties and no L.A. County property taxes until the Covid-19 crisis is over.

  10. What would happen if you had a Rank Choice Voting in California and you has 6 different parties? Something to think about if we had: ( just made this up to think about it) Trad Republican, Conservative (Jefferson + old AIP) ), Trad Democrat, Green, Socialist, DSA-IWW. If the DSA-IWW ( super labor and LGBT) received 50% that candidate would be elected. Or what if the Conservative-Jefferson-AIP received 50%. It would sure cause everyone to take sides and have an opinion? I guess there Must be ally building for anyone to win? Sounds better now.
