This is exactly like most government employees. Most sit around and complain of 'too much work" , while many of them will candidly admit they are already retired doing absolutely nothing productive. They are rarely held accountable for the misery and problems that they cause, violations of law that they commit and generally are "employed" only for purely selfish reasons. I speculate that if you removed 50% of all government tn employees overnight with zero rights to unemployment payments, Workers' compensation or "disability retirement", tnhat our economy would greatly improved and all the rast of us would have peace freedom and quiet knowing that some of them could get jobs sweeping streets, counting bottles and cans or fishing plastic out of the oceans that they say will cause "global warming".
