In order to support the innate immune system, I take 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3, 1,000 mg Quercetin, 1200mg N-Acetyl L- Cystiene (NAC) , 40 mg Zinc, 2,000 mg Vitamin C ( not from fruit juice--too much fructose) and 8 hours of restful sleep each day. In addition, I am on a low carbohydrate diet and am physically active. I don't even get one bout of the common cold in a year. BMI = 23. WHtR < 0.5
