  2. @Lost Hero I love fresh fruits. The issue is most fruits are also loaded with fructose. Just because a fruit is natural does not imply it is also healthy. Some fruits have more fructose by weight and I avoid large portions of those. One factor is the glycemic index of fruits and vegetables. I avoid sugars and starches especially from drupes from fruit trees and root vegetables. No bananas! 100% fructose. Lost 35 pounds in two months, now my BMI is 23 = normal weight.
