Employers see employees as a necessary evil. They want your productivity, skills and knowledge but they want it for FREE. Today I am self employed and have the bast boss in the world. Me!   3. HR has a very long memory and most HR departments work with each other. Watch your back! Sometimes revenge takes them time and money. Always be vigilant and aware. If they smile at you ask what animal also smiles? Sharks? Alligators? snakes?
