Many people who work in organizations are Always networking and improving their knowledge and skills so they may make a quick exit to a more enjoyable, productive and better position. Organizations can NEVER assure that its loyal employees will always be employed by them.

I think that is her point. None of us has a "protected" and "safe" job. I am self employed and each new client is my last client. Knowing this fact reduces stress.

In many ways I agree, but with a much different perspective. I conduct audits and investigations of organizations. I have observed that many positions whether "productive" from an organizational viewpoint or not are actually not essential for sucess of the organization. There are many reasons for this including poor titling structure, labor laws ( hours and wages laws) and the real funtion for the organization. I crave work that is productive including my own and competitiveness to increase productivity with minimal costs is a goal. But in a way this woman has a point. NO ONE CARES about how good or ineffective she is in her job. This is true for most jobs. Look at the P.O.T.U.S. intelligent? Productive? Effective? Lazy? Incompetent? Agile? Bumbling? The Alfred E Newman "What Me Worry" attitude is as common as Generation Z "Safe spaces" and Beavis and Butthead Gender studies professors. Is it time to seriously "Drain The Swamp" in all organizations? Dr. Jordan Peterson claims that 10% of the employees do most of the work! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfB4S7QHH3w

Her videos tell me much more about her supervisor, HR department and organization. When an organization becomes a monopoly this is one result.
