A man chases a woman until she catches him. I have learned to never ask her for her opinion, never initiate any conversation with women and learn to appear disinterested and aloof. A man who does not care and who does gives her the attention that she craves, will certainly be a rare event for her regardless of her age or sexual market value. My key attitude around all women is ambivalence. This is not rudeness but just do not fawn over her with unearned attention. It works. This saves time, energy, emotion and money that can be used in other domains. She must earn your trust first.

Please read my comment above! I regularly have a housekeeping service and they also provide help with laundry dry cleaning and meal preparation. Hint: They cost less than a girlfriend and still enjoy any additional benefit that THEY desire. I am thinking of building a separate ADU for a live-in maid. This will save her travel time! She told me that I used too much detergent in the washing machine and asked if she could iron, press and fold my clothes as well. She aslo claims to be able to sew on buttons, zippers and darn socks for no additional fees. She sounds like a "keeper" to me. Is that cupid shooting arrows? ROFL.

Nice one! I was in a situation once, when my lady wanted to move in with me. I told her about my daily routine and how I did the daily chores at my house. She agreed and soon I noticed that the dishes were not washed, the floors not scrubbed and the bathrooms needed some TLC. I asked her about how she could help me, and she told me that it was my house and do what I normally do. The very next day when she arrived from her "Boss Babe" clerical job she freaked out! Why? Because I hired a housekeeper who was busy scrubbing the floors, scouring the pots and pans in the kitchen, cleaning the windows and preparing a nice fragrant meal in the kitchen. I asked her what she wanted for dinner and she freaked out again. Who is that woman?! She is my new housekeeper that the "renta maids company" sent over do help me while I am working on my new project at work which takes time away from my housekeeping chores. She wanted to know why the housekeeper was so young and so beautiful? I told her to call the housekeeping service and ask them. I think it might be a marketing ploy so I continue to give them a service contract? What about the dinner, is that in the contract also? No I didn't hire kitchen help, but the housekeeper thought it would be a nice surprise for me and that I would enjoy the meals. My girlfriend left and now I have a new "girlfriend" who also happens to work part time as a model.
